Registration

Exhibitor registration and participant registration are both open for the 2011 Range Beef Cow Symposium.

Participant registration:

Prior to Nov. 20, full registration for all three days of the symposium, including two lunches and a copy of the symposium proceedings is $90. An additional spouse or employee registration can be purchased for $65. Single-day registration for Nov. 29, Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 is $50. Students are eligible for a discounted full-conference rate of $60. After Nov. 20, registration rates increase to $125 for full registration, $95 for spouse/employee registration, $80 for single-day registration and $75 for student registration.

Participants can also purchase tickets to Tuesday evening's prime rib dinner for $22 per dinner and to Wednesday evening's Western-style three-meat buffet for $16 per ticket. Additional copies of the proceedings are available for $20 each.

The refund policy allows substitutions only. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place by notifying the registration office at 1-800-328-2851 (available M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Exhibitor/vendor registration:
Oct. 31 is the deadline to sign up to be an exhibitor or a breakout sponsor at the 2011 Range Beef Cow Symposium. Exhibitors may purchase one exhibit space (10x10-ft.) with an 8-ft. table and one registration for $600 or two spaces, with two tables and two registrations, for $800. An outdoor or outbuilding exhibit is available for $600 and includes an 8-ft. table in the main building, one symposium registration and notification in the main area. Corporate break sponsorships include space and up to three registrations.



Exhibitors must buy tickets to Tuesday evening's prime rib dinner ($22 each) and Wednesday's Western-style three-meat buffett.
